Rim Material

HTian rim forging raw material is selected from 6061 aerospace-grade light aluminum alloy, which has good corrosion resistance, durability and stable performance. The aluminum plate is forged by cold forging, so that the mechanical properties of the aluminum plate are improved, and it has the characteristics of higher strength, better toughness, and brighter polishing.

Heat Treatment + High Temperature Baking

The aluminum barrels are placed in an automatic spinning machine, and the aluminum barrels are plastically deformed by the high-speed rotation of the spinning machine and the application of rolling force. While the barrel is shaped like a rim, the density of the material organization is also greatly improved.

Rim blanks undergo a T6 heat treatment stage. The blanks are heated to a higher temperature and then rapidly quenched into water to cool. The quenched rim blank is sent to a high-temperature oven, heated to a certain temperature for tempering, so as to eliminate the residual stress in the rim blank and obtain better mechanical properties.

CNC Machining

Fix the rim blank on the CNC machine tool, input the CNC program commands, and use the tool change technology on the CNC milling machine, one-time molding does not require secondary clamping to ensure the accuracy of the rim. The CNC machine tool is precisely positioned, and the drawing process removes the black skin after high temperature baking to form a smooth blank.

Polished

Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the rim surface, determine the grinding position and degree, and formulate a suitable grinding construction plan. After grinding, it should be checked repeatedly to ensure the grinding quality and improve the appearance.

Machine Polishing - Use a polishing machine to polish the surface of the rim in detail until the rim is shiny, completing the first polish. Water Polishing - Place the rim in the grinding bucket of a water polishing machine. The abrasive bucket contains polishing fluid and abrasive. The machine drives the hub to rotate in a grinding bucket to improve the overall surface brightness of the rim until the polishing process is complete.

Fine Polishing

Brushed

Polishing the surface of the rim to form brushed lines, prolong the service life of the rim, make the surface more shiny, and the visual effect is more beautiful and three-dimensional.
