Material Smelting
The raw material (A356.2 aluminum alloy) is smelted and the molten aluminum is degassed and slag removed to improve the quality of subsequent castings.
Tilt Casting
The liquid aluminum is poured into the casting mold with the designed shape and under the action of external force inclination. the aluminum liquid is evenly distributed in each part, rapidly cooled and solidified into a wheel hub casting and higher.
The robotic arm places the blank in the vertical high-power spinning machine, which repeatedly spins and molds the blank, and the rollers extrude along the side of the forging to plastically form the rim.

Flow Form Rim
After the blank undergoes T6 heat treatment (solid solution-quenching-aging) process, the mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, hardness and elongation are improved and stabilized.
T6 Heat Treatment
The engineer will analyze the machining process of the blank according to the requirements of the engineering drawings to determine the feed route and write the CNC machining program to ensure the accuracy of the hub.

CNC Machined
Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the surface of the wheel hudetermine the grinding position and degree and formulate a suitable grinding construction plan. After grinding, it should be checked repeatedly to ensure the grinding quality and improve the appearance.
Grinding
According to custom style and color requirements, we spray pigment powder onto the surface of the wheel hub, heat, melt and cure the powder until it hardens into a protective shell that is stronger than liquid paint. After powder coating, a liquid clear coat is applied to make the primary color The surface produces a satin sheen.
